THE FULL STORY
Mark Guirgis grew up with one conviction. Every problem has a measurable answer. You just have to ask the right questions and look at the right data.
He graduated from the University of Waterloo's Mechatronics Engineering program in 2010. Spent three years building systems where precision was not optional. Where the cost of guessing was real.
Then real estate happened. Not by accident. By obsession.
He saw what was missing. Buyers and sellers were making the largest financial decisions of their lives guided by instinct, narrative, and hope. The numbers existed. The discipline to use them did not. Mark brought that discipline with him when he made the switch in 2013.
Since then he has worked with buyers and sellers across York Region and the GTA. First-time buyers who needed someone to make sense of an overwhelming market. Growing families trading up to the next chapter. Investors who needed the math to work before anything else. Downsizers who spent decades building equity and needed someone who would protect every dollar of it.
